Just what I needed..
Suffering from lower back pain is in the past.. I am so glad I found this foam roller.. has been such a relief to be able to get just the right amount of support I needed to help alleviate back aches.I started off using this roller just as a way to add pressure to my lower back as I sat in my recliner… after a while I decided to try using it on the ground to roll out my back.
