Great phone to use as a substitute to a land line. Love the large buttons. Works great with Red Pocket (T-Mobile MVNO). Very simple, as expected. Easy setup, but installing the nano SIM was a little tricky as the SIM slot does not open, you have to slide it in. A little tuck and it worked. No setup needed really after SIM is installed and phone turned on. I love the night feature letting you automatically turn the phone off at night and on in the morning. Speaker is loud and clear. Network search shows also AT&T, but no Verizon. It may work with AT&T but not sure.

I bought two of these and neither one worked properly. I'm a patient person. tried everything including changing my carrier and changing my sim card. Hope you have better luck.

It’s a nice phone, but it doesn’t work with assurance wireless or SafeLink wireless

My elderly Dad is completely “old school”. He doesn’t like cell phones and has no desire to learn anything other than what he knows. He also doesn’t like the thought of having to call people outside of our family in an emergency. This phone was the perfect fit for him! Big BUTTONS (not a flat screen) and it has the ability to add selected numbers to the emergency button on the back of the phone. It’s small enough for a pocket and fits into the flip phone pouches to attach to the belt. It comes unlocked so I was able to add it to my cell service provider within minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

all of a sudden, the prompts for voicemail are in Spanisn. Can you (or anyonr for that matter) how to change the voicemail prompts to English? i am legally blind and am unable to consult the manual.

Phone was confusing for my father in law. The light button is in the wrong spot so when he held it the light button was turned on. Not easy to use for elderly. Too small.

This little beauty works great on Tello, who uses T Mobile. It is perfect for my mother in law who is 86, and hates any phone that doesn’t have buttons. It’s easy for her to use and, best of all, she can hear people talk on the speakerphone. If you are looking for a base phone that works and isn’t junk, this is for you. I am so glad I got it.

Got this for my Dad for Christmas, his old Nokia small screen display, small buttons a little too hard for him to use. Now he just needs simple call/SMS usage this is perfect for the purpose. The weight is almost the same as my iPhone case, and I can see the battery will last a long time. One word for anyone else, I found I put sim into the right slot before it all was able to access the network, and so now it's perfect. Low price simple function is a nice device. I've no idea what the memory card would be used for, no camera on the unit. Highly recommended to the elderly. One minor gripe, when it speaks the numbers the English is very Chinglish.

Mich hat der Funktionsumfang dieses Telefons wirklich überrascht.Das Display ist ausreichend groß und gut lesbar.Die Tasten haben eine gute habtik und sind groß genug.Die Einstellung und Bedingungen ist intuitiv.Der Notfallknopf ist wirklich super und macht genau was er soll.Gesucht wurde ein günstiges Seniorenhandy, mit grossen Zahlen und einfachster Bedienung.Das wurde auch geliefert!Das Telefon macht einen qualitativ guten Eindruck.Einrichtung kinderleicht, Bedienung durch Schwiegermutter möglich :)Insgesamt finde ich das Telefon sehr gut.

Telefono ideal para personas mayores, muy facil de usar y con las prestaciones esenciales para para hacer y recibir llamadas, ademas trae la tecla de llamadas de emermergencia muy practica en caso de accidentes y que nos da tranquilidad.

J’ai acheté ce téléphone portable senior pour une personne âgée et je ne regrette pas, ce téléphone est de très bonne qualité. Il est facile d’utilisation, la notice en français est claire. Ses grandes touches et sa fonctionnalité SOS sont très pratiques pour une personne âgée. S’agissant du réseau, le téléphone fonctionne sans problème avec le réseau Free. On peut passer des appels et envoyer/recevoir des SMS sans soucis. On peut mettre 2 cartes SIM, donc utiliser 2 lignes de téléphone. Il y a aussi un emplacement pour carte SD, au cas où on voudrait écouter de la musique (il y a une prise audio) ou importer des photos ou vidéos. Ça peut permettre aussi d’importer des fonds d’écran ou des sonneries. On reçoit le téléphone réglé en langue anglaise, je l’ai donc paramétré avec la langue française. Il y a plusieurs fonctionnalités autre que les sms, comme la lampe torche, une calculatrice, un calendrier, l’alarme, tout ceci est bien pratique. Il y a aussi la radio FM soit en recherche automatique ou alors en recherche manuelle et ça marche très bien, aussi bien en entrant la fréquence qu’en recherche, il détecte bien les chaînes de radio et on entend bien : je suis bluffée. J’ai put entrer des contacts dans le répertoire facilement : bien pratique pour une personne âgée pour éviter de composer le numéro de téléphone pour les numéros importants. Je suis satisfaite de ce téléphone et la personne à qui il est destiné aussi. Bon achat pour une personne âgée, bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

Ho preso questo telefono per una persona anziana e si è subito trovata bene. Nonostante sia un tipo di telefono "base" presenta alcuni aggiornamenti che altri telefoni di vecchia data non hanno. Per esempio questo telefono supporta la doppia SIM e la scheda sd esterna e la presa per la ricarica è la stessa che utilizzano gli smartphone Android. Ha un lettore per ascoltare mp3 o vedere foto o video (ovviamenmte con i limiti della qualità e delle dimensioni del suo schermo). Ha inoltre la Radio FM e la cosa notevole è che funziona senza il bisogno di dover collegare le cuffiette. I tasti sono ben retroilluminati e in più si può scegliere la funzione vocale che riproduce vocalmente il tasto appena premuto (vale solo per i numeri da 0 a 9). Presente anche il tasto SOS (sul retro) con 5 numeri programmabili che verranno contattati "in sequenza" qualora un numero non dovesse rispondere. Per il prezzo che ha direi che è ottimo.
