Purchased this to put in my daughter's car as a safety backup. It has an air compressor for the tires, works great for car tires, plenty of power and does not overheat. It has a flashlight with different settings (steady, slow flashing, and fast flashing) which I like for night travel, bright enough to be noticed. The main reason for purchasing this unit was that it can jump the car in case of battery dying. Extra safety and security in case it's needed, reduces the risk of being stranded. And it's self contained battery is great for travel as well. It can be used as a charger for phone as well. Overall, this provides some security and safety for travel. Great all in one tool, will be purchasing another one for my wife's car as well. Definitely recommended.

Keep 8n vehicle for emergencies

I recently got the 4500A Jump Starter with Air Compressor, and it’s been a lifesaver. This unit worked well while it was working, but after a little over a year of light use, it developed an internal air leak, making it impossible to inflate tires. Even though it has a lifetime guarantee, I haven’t been able to contact anyone for repair or replacement. Amazon says I need to contact the manufacturer, but the manufacturer’s web site always seems to be down!

Husband loved it

All I gotta say is, my car was dead dead. Needed a new battery kind of dead, but this got it jumped to the point where I was able to drive my car to get a new battery. Did what I needed it to do. I will probably buy another one is the future for another car.
