Don't get shocked, unplug your dishwasher before starting the project2. Remove sound dampening pad. Check to see if there is enough slack from your water lines and power chords to pull the dishwasher out about a foot. If not, please turn off water line and release your power chord from where its plugged in.3. Open the dishwasher and discard any existing brackets (if there are any)4. With the door open, gently pull the dishwasher about 6-12 inches from your cabinetry5. If old brackets are in place, use a pair of pliers to remove them6.
