Well designed kit with quality components
I love the completed look of the lit model and it exceeds my expectations. However, I would recommend watching the YouTube video for step by step instructions which captures all the steps. The instruction booklet is a bit lacking and I found it confusing at times.

Cool set but use the video instructions!
Like a lot of other reviews, the instruction booklet is useless. Definitely watch the video on YouTube. Once finished, the cathedral looks great. Only issue is sometimes it was hard to get the lights to stick but reworking helped. The curved back wall of this LEGO set made it a little tricky. Also, the final steps (when plugging all the wires in) are a little confusing and I needed to watch the video a few times. I had a strand that wouldn’t light so I needed to figure out by process of elimination. Maybe try the lights as you go? Overall I’m pleased though.

Beautiful Lights!
We love the thoughtfulness that went into this light kit for the Lego Notre Dame Cathedral. Our 12 yo son, with a little help from us, was delighted with the end results. Took him about 3 hours to put the light kit up for his cathedral. There was cutting, counting and taking off of certain structures of his completed lego cathedral to set up the lights therein. This light kit has 3 different light designs to light up the interior, and the parameters, of the cathedral. We couldn't be more thrilled with it. Nice!

Great Gift
Purchased as a gift for my architect husband. He enjoyed putting it together and displays it at the office. The light kit (purchased separately) is a must. Everyone who sees it is impressed and has said it’s the perfect gift for an architect or anyone who loves to build. Quite stunning and impressive - somewhat large.

Magnifique !
Excellent ! Bravo Lego !
