Has anyone tried removing them from wooden tables? Does it chip the paint?

Yes they be removed from wooden tables. I used a hairdryer to soften the adhesive and the corner protector slid right off without leaving any adhesive on my table.

Would these be ok on the slightly rounded edge of a kitchen work service/breakfast bar?

No they are definitely designed for proper corners they may stick but it wouldn’t last long or look good. You’d get a better result taping a tea towel around it and obviously that has the same problems. Plus if it’s rounded then it won’t split the skin just cause a bump but there’s lots of those coming better off buying a cold compress. The product for corners however is great.

Do the corner protector fit all tables please

They certainly fit my coffee table. The table does need to have straight sided corners I.e. they will not fit a table with rounded corners.

Have these damaged the furniture after removing them?

not at all. they can come off and on easily. I take them off when I clean the glass table (daily)
