After noticing the return of the plantar fasciitis pain that I had gotten rid of years ago, I was looking for treatments I could try myself at home. This combination DVD and workbook hit the spot. The treatment program is presented in detailed stages, beginning with self-evaluation and then introducing increasingly difficult exercises over time. The specialist explains every exercise extremely clearly, and I actually found the exercises even more effective and varied than those provided by my podiatrist. It didn't help my plantar facitis - the exercises made my foot hurt more. I contacted Exercises for Injuries and requested a refund (per their money back guarantee), but they never responded to my request.

I have been given a few exercises by my physical therapist but they weren’t as practical as I would have liked at home
Almost 9 months ago I broke my patella and have been working on regaining strength, bending my knee and relaxing my muscles. Most of the time I would have to stop doing an activity because of foot pain rather than knee pain. I guess this is common but I wasn’t expecting my foot to be in so much pain but it makes sense — I didn’t walk on it or use it for a little over 3 months. I have been given a few exercises by my physical therapist but they weren’t as practical as I would have liked at home. I took a risk and purchased plantar fasciitis relief in 7 days and I am glad I did. I’ll be honest, I enjoy the workbook mostly because I am able to take it to work with me and while we don’t have any customers I am able to walk myself through it and do the exercises. It did not help. I found out a few simple exercise would get rid of the problems. This was not a very good buy.
