I was pretty skeptical but thought I’d give it a try. I took two thick burgers out of the freezer, putting one on this product and one on a plate. Checking on both about 30 minutes later, the one on the defrosting tray was soft and defrosted, ready for grilling. The other was still frozen. I’m a believer now.

I gave it 4 stars due to the fact I've only used it once for solid frozen hamburger out of our freezer. It seemed to have thawed in half the time. I will review again after a couple more uses. Thanks

I would give 5 stars. It does what it promises. Food defrosts quickly. Only 4 stars because it needs a lip around the perimeter of the tray to prevent defrosting liquids from running onto the counter. I have to put this tray in a lipped cookis sheet to prevent a messy, contaminated counter. This gives me two items to wash instead of one.

Not sure if mine is defective or what but it thaws nothing. We put ice on it and 15 minutes later it was barely melting. Zero luck thawing meat even in an hour.

Wish it had some kinda tray below to catch all the water from thawing process.

It works as described. It’s just not as big as it looks. It is also expensive. It works. Probably would recommend a cheaper knock off.
