Wow! I’m really impressed- I’ve purchased 2 of these for a new bathroom remodel, unboxed them immediately to check for damages- and it looks great so far! I love the mirrored sides as well as the inside mirror and sturdy glass shelving, very clean looking.My son purchased the same Kohler medicine cabinet and kept it surface mounted. After 6+ years, there’s no problem with the mirrored glass, still looks pristine, which is why I chose to go with the same style/brand. Our plan is to recess them into wall after construction, I’ll let you know how that process goes, but packaging and delivery has been awesome for a fragile, large box.Kudos to your Amazon delivery drivers also! 👍

I love this medicine cabinet! It holds a ton of stuff and is very easy to clean. I will say though it was pretty strenuous to install. The way it mounts to the wall is not ideal and VERY tricky to do even with two people. It is good quality but I just wish the way it is built to mount on the wall was different. Also needed to adjust the door hinges to allow it to close all the way, but that was easy to do. I love the size of it though too!

I don’t know why we didn’t install these sooner. Our bathroom has very little storage and these are a perfect solution. They hold a ton and look great. They were easy to install (my husband was able to install them without any help). The quality seems great, as well. They do seem a little oversized for our space, but that’s ok. I’m sure I’ll get used to them in time.

Initial opinion upon opening the box: this is a good, sturdy medicine cabinet. Because our location in the master bath is on an outside wall, we couldn't install flush due to nails from siding protruding through the sheeting. Also, fully flush would have eliminated all the insulation. So, we bought the units (2 of them) with the idea of surface mounting, but I was not pleased with that setup. The units are almost 5" deep, and that would have created issues with the wall mounted lights above the cabinets.The solution was to make a simply frame about 1" thick to prevent the cabinet from mounting too deep. This also allowed some insulation between the back of the cabinet and the outside of the house. The frame is behind the cabinet flange, and is held in place with a few dabs of caulk on the wall before pressing the cabinet into the recess. New screw holes had to be drilled, as the existing ones were too shallow for the way I installed them.They work great! The lights over the cabinets work fine, no shadows from a cabinet sticking out too far. The only reason I rated the cabinet a 4 is because one of the two shelves in one cabinet was shattered when we opened the shelve packing to install them. It was quite strange: one shelf broken into hundreds of pieces as if it had been exposed to sudden temp changes, yet the shelf wrapped with it was fine. Anyway, other than a shattered shelf, we're pleased with our purchase.The bath is a work in progress, so the frame around the cabinet isn't painted yet, but I included the pic to maybe help with my rather poor explanation of how we mounted the cabinet.Update 4-07-23: we contacted Kohler about the broken shelf, and they sent us a new shelf, no charge! So, I updated our rating from 4 to 5 stars due to Kohler's outstanding customer service.

The mirrored door is the perfect size for our new guest bathroom. Its gentle arches help soften the angles in the room. And the interior of the medicine cabinet is quite spacious. Overall, it is functional, attractive and of good quality.
