Better than I was expecting by miles!
Super light and ootb it took maybe 10 mins to read and complete the assembly. Let me clarify the setup, as it's too simple, raise the wheels up all the way front and back, then you pull the handles out 8 inches after removing the black "big wing nuts" looking bolt/wing nut from each side and then reinsert the 2 big bolt/wing nuts. After that unfold the handle and put in the wing nuts and bolts in the same hole on each side. Add the oil that comes with it btw and gas, then lower the wheels/deck to where you want it by 1 lever on the right side on the front and back, yep 2 levers and done. 1 pull of the cord and 2 ft tall grass in my front and back yard was cut looking better than the lawn service. Never bogged down on me, I was impressed. It also is very easy to move around, tip stop and turn by tipping the front up, for me at least, driving during the turns it was really too much power, luckily the easy drive handle makes that no issue and I didn't have to put a bungee on it to hold it or the drive handles to prevent hand fatigue, I had none after a hour of mowing with the bagger, walking a good distance to the pile at the street. For the first cut of the year, I came in at only 10 mins longer than the lawn man on the first cut of the year last year. I could of finished much faster butI like to go slower than most. Mulches very nicely and bag holds more as a result of that. Light pull and it starts up. If anything I had to slow it down because it was almost set to a slow jogging speed lol. Really like the extra little features like the easy adjustable speed and the easy to squeeze drive control handle, which can be squeezed very easily. The deck wash really completes the package here. I'm wishing I had a mower like this growing up! LOLOne last thing -- this sucker in the box is very very heavy, if yours was damaged, trust me when I say that the driver broke it getting it off the truck.I work from home and luckily was waiting for the delivery because the driver alone couldn't have moved the box off the truck himself, he said so himself as soon as he saw me standing there to greet him as he opened the back door. 2 grown men and the shape/box dimensions still makes it a little hard to get off the delivery truck into the house for assembly. Again glad I was there and greeted the driver as he opened the door and he was happy as well to have the help. The box is pretty damn sturdy too, it could only be damaged if flipped upside down or dropped upside down and it's clearly marked with "this side up" on the box!!

I am in love with my lawn mower
I am in love with my lawn mower. As a 58 yr old woman I've found this easy to push - much easier than the previous John Deere I had. The self propelling feature is great for the steep hill in front of my home. The bag is a very good size - I have about an acre and only have to empty 3 or 4 times, depending on how lazy I've been about mowing the lawn.I don't know if I'm just thinking this, but it seems to not run out of gas as quickly as my old mower. I did my whole lot without having to refill. Not sure if the tank is bigger or if i'ts just better on gas. I've used this about 4 times and so far so good. Great for the price.

Good mower but wrong parts
Used this mower only when my yard man was unable to show up. This summer decided to change oil and air filter. Easy for oil change impossible to find a filter. Took it to the authorized service to order one. They order one for the model and serial nbr of the mower. Not even close fit. Called Troy-Bilt given all the infos about the mower including pictures of model and serial. Bought one and was longer and wider of the original one. What I assume is that the lawn mower was built with different spare parts. Even when taken the filter to Lowes and Home Depot, they could not find one to match.

Great mower
I really do love this mower, better than I had expected. Starts with one pull every time. Mixed fuel stabilizer in with gas to counteract ethanol and as a result it runs smooth and starts really easily. Is no louder than other mowers, does the lawn in no time. I really like the front wheel drive, as on corners and going around things, all you have to do is lift up the front tires to swivel it around. Easy to change cutting height as well. Would definitely buy again.

OK to good mower
It starts consistently, It's a handsome piece, does the job. Cheap plastic wheels tend to spin in place in Self-propel as they have no real weight -- so you do have to manage its path with some pushing effort. I remember good rubber wheels on these mowers (too bad the plastics industry seduced and ruined reliable, durable manufacturing.) Collection bag is easy to remove and replace. Hope it survives in the shed through the winter months and restarts without issues come Spring.

Love it but hang on!!
Is lightweight, the the grass so evenly. I am very happy I bought this lawnmower. Only drawback is the handle that controls the speed of the self propel. If you hold it all the way the lawnmower can get away from you because I propels so fast,

Wife's dream ;)
I'm 49 year old woman and finally I love to mow grass. This mower is fantastic! It makes me run behind. And specifically I love speed control system. And it is VERY easy to start .

Great mower, small annoyances.
This is a great mower. I haven’t had any real problems since getting it. The only reason I took a star off is because there is a built-in gap between the mower and the bag for grass clippings that allows grass clippings to blow up in your face, especially as the bag fills. Other than that annoyance, everything has worked great.
