Fantastic quality high strength oil at an affordable price
This is a great quality black seed oil, which seems to be very affordably priced. It offers a whole host of amazing health benefits. Google it to make up your own mind, you’ll be really surprised by this if you’re not already familiar with this product. It’s a really good general all round health tonic, that is well worth adding to your daily routine if you can. However, it’s not recommended for young children, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or people with low blood pressure. It’s a very versatile product, as you can use the glass pipette to dispense it directly into your mouth, or drop some straight on top of your salad as part of a dressing, or into smoothies. You definitely don’t want to heat this oil in any way, as you will destroy the thymoquinone, which is the precious active compound found within. It tastes strongly spicy, but not unpleasant, I quite like the flavour myself. It leaves a lasting feeling of a gentle internal warmth radiating out. The taste can repeat on you for a while though. You can also rub the oil directly into the skin, although it has to be said that the smell is something of an acquired taste. It smells much like it tastes, incredibly pungent and strongly spicy. I can’t quite put my finger on a similar smell, but think along the lines of a wood treatment product.I have a bad wrist at the moment, so I rubbed some of this into it. It sinks into the skin very easily, leaving it feeling more soft than greasy. After a few minutes, I started to feel a very pleasant gentle heat building where I had applied it, which felt really relieving on my wrist. This product is cold pressed, and Soil Association certified organic. It's produced in Turkey, and has a long best before date of over two years. The dosage is a teaspoon 2-3 times per day if taking internally, or 2-3 drops rubbed into the skin, as and when required. You can also massage a few drops into your hair to seal in moisture and prevent breakage. I tested 2 different brands of Black Seed oil side by side. This one, and one from Kiki Health. This one has the milder flavour out of the 2, but still has over 2% thymoquinone. If you don't enjoy the flavour of black seed oil, this product might be a good starting point.

Taste of the oil is something I struggled with
My experience with this oil has been a mix of positives and negatives. The oil is cold-pressed and made from high-quality Nigella Sativa, which is a great start. Knowing that it’s organic and virgin gives me confidence in its purity and natural benefits. One of the best things about this Blackseed Oil is its versatility. I’ve used it both for skincare and as a supplement, and it has been effective in both cases. When applied to my skin, it leaves it feeling soft and nourished. As a supplement, I noticed a slight boost in my overall energy levels, which is a nice benefit. But the taste of the oil is something I struggled with. It has a strong, somewhat bitter flavour that can be difficult to get used to. Even when mixed with honey or juice, the taste is still quite pronounced.Another downside is the packaging. The bottle doesn't come with a dropper, which makes it a bit tricky to measure out the right amount, especially for small doses.Overall, this Oil seems to be of good quality and offers several health benefits, the strong taste and inconvenient packaging are notable drawbacks. If you can get past these issues, it’s worth trying.

Excited to Try This Oil……….
I’m delighted I was offered the opportunity to order this oil.I’ve never heard of it before, and I’ve only done a little bit of research so far - and read some of the previous reviews - but I’m really very excited to get on and try it.I do make a lot of my own toiletries so I may use some in my toiletries as a carrier oil. I have a body wide joint condition, so will also try rubbing some onto some of my troublesome areas.I’m more interested though I think in actually consuming it within my food intake…….I love that it is certified organic, and in a glass bottle with dropper. It presents as a premium product.I will update my review and with photos once I have tried using it in the ways described above….I’m really quite excited at its potential benefits

Organic product
I didn't know anything at all about blackseed (Nigella Satvia) oil, but I got a crash course in it, and it's reported uses, from 2020 on, when there was a lot of buzz about it and other natural products. This particular 100ml is bottled in Turkey and marked as organic with the soil association stamp. It is also described as cold pressed and virgin blackseed oil. it has a shelf life of approx 2.5 years so there is plenty of time to use the bottle of keep it on hands for your needs. The bottling and labelling seem to be that of a mid-to-high end product. The bottle is marked as "high in thymoquinone". There is quite a lot of research being done into thymoquinone at the moment, so definitely worth reading up on.

Well worth looking into
To be honest I never heard of Black seed oil before trying this and wow! Researching black seed oil, discovering its rich 2,000 year old history and the huge list of benefits that its supposed to help with I'm excited to continue using this product. I've been consuming this orally one dropper a day on the back of the tongue to avoid its interesting earthy nutty taste.I've also been using it in cooking, having read that it's been used to enhance spices and flavour. One of my favourites is adding Turmeric and black seed oil to rice, it gives it the rich yellow of the turmeric and together with the oil its blends just perfectly. I've also used it in home made pizza dough with oregano, and yes it definitely enhances the flavour. It can be used as a dipping oil for breads but for me I prefer it to be alongside another strong spice/herb to help balance the flavour. I've been doing this for the past few weeks and overall I do feel a bit more perky, I'm really interested in its long term use too.Like with all these things they are an addition and not a replacement. I'd highly recommend that you look into it and decide if this is for you. The product itself is pure black seed oil and nothing else added.
