Q: Does the pen charge in its pocket?

The pen that comes with the s6 doesn't have a battery. It doesn't need to be charged.

Q: How long does the Keyboard's battery last?

The instructions say "100 hrs of uninterrupted working time. Sleep mode can allow up to 2 months between battery charges.”. There's an on-off switch that can lengthen time between charges too. I've only had it a week. I think the battery will last a long time based on my use.

Q: Is it possible to set keybord preferences? For example adding other languages' characters to certain keys?

Not that I could discover. I occasionally need Cyrillic, and for that I need to switch the language of the Android keyboard. You can set up languages in Android's Keyboard settings. I can switch between English and Russian by swiping the spacebar on the on-screen keyboard. There is some keystroke that will do it too. I did it accidentally one time on this Bluetooth keyboard. But I don't know what it is and couldn't find anything about it online.
