Really loving this set. Look great, stack well and very functional! Full coat is on point!
LOVING these pots. There are other removable handle sets out there. There are two big ones that set these apart from the others:Full-bodu enameling - it's fully coated all the way around. Other brands you'll find have metal exposed on the bottom surface which leads to oxidation and staining (usually a dark sooty powder that easily runs off on anything it touches). These DO NOT have that problem since they are fully coated, including the bottom surface. This leads to the second but call out:Heat Tolerance: the other brands can take heat up to 450 F ish before the coating becomes compromised. These Redchef pots and pans are rated nearly double at over 850 F which allows them to coat the bottom of the pan. They look better, don't stain, and the handle is a breeze to use. Even when holding a pot of 4 cups cooked rice and holding over to tip it out, the handle was secure and it never felt loose or wobbly. The ha fle was comfortable enough in an adult male hand, but may feel bulky to the tiny-handed.There are reviews that show burnt handles... I don't see this being likely unless they're like my wife and put small pot on the giant gas burner. even then, to avoid that, just take off the handle before you send the cauldron to the flame. They're extremely functional, high quality, durable, look great and prices right. The pots are tapered, which helps with heating and flame distribution for the gas-oriented. The stackability is insane making a space saving solution to replacing your old and worn out non-stick set. If I had to gripe about anything is that the two Included lids don't cover all the pots/pans, so I had to use a stand-in lid for making rice in the pot.The utensils they provide are also nice! I was expecting some cheap adds to stuff the bullet list on the sales description; but the ladle and spatula are actual fantastic. So far so good! If I see anything worthy of a change, I'll come back and update..But I'm happy with these Redchef pots and pans!

Wonderful pans!!!
I love these pans!Cleaning them is so easy, they are truly nonstick. The material they are made of is really nice. I see there was one review where someone said it was cheap material and showed the bottom discolored. That’s just not true. You can just clean the bottom off when it discolors a little bit from getting something on it when cooking. The material is really nice. I love the detachable handles. It makes storing them so much easier!

They really mean non stick.
The only set I've bought that has actually been Nonstick. These pots and pans heat up quick and genuinely do not NEED oil to cook something on it. Obviously you can add oil for taste. I left food in the container overnight in the fridge like designed to do and the food still came right off. For the price and quality I'm amazed. I have bought a single $30 pan "nonstick" and was so disappointed. These are amazing. 100% would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic
This stuff is awesome. Absolutely no stick. I can clean with a paper towel. I followed the instructions to season before first use. You do need to let the item cook long enough before flipping. Speaking especially to eggs. My granddaughter tried an egg on it before I did. When she went to flip it it fell apart and seemed to be sticking however I tried and you just have to wait a tad longer than she did before flipping. I have been cooking eggs over medium with not a hint of sticking. I used absolutely NO oil or spray or butter/tallow either just break the egg straight on the pan. These pans are soooo much less expensive than the big name ceramics. My dil wanted caraway because of the non toxic ceramic. I buy a piece for her each Christmas. She complains about how the color on outside comes off when thy clean tuff cooked on stuff. Again I’m literally able to clean mine with paper towels. I put water in the pan when dried hard stuff ( left it out for a day without washing). Then dumped water and again a paper towel does it. Did I say I love these? I LOVE them. They are all I use now.

Love these pans!
I love these pots and pans! They're light, easy to store and use, and clean up easily. It took me a minute to figure out how to release the handle, but it wasn't hard. Replaced the old, heavy, mismatched pots in my RV.

AMAZING AND PERFECT FOR TINY KITCHEN!
Hubs bought us a DESTINATION RV...which apparently means that it doesn't travel around to different places. Its supposed stay in place. Perfect. I needed a set of cookware for a tiny kitchen with Tiny cupboards. These are perfect! The preparation to use the pots and pans is truly important, I don't think they would be as non sticky as they are without the preparation. It is tedious, BUT NECESSARY. I barely have to use Pam to be non sticky. The handles are freaking genius!!!!!! How is that I just found out about these!BE AWARE...on gas ranges the metal on the bottom of the handle WILL GET RIDICULOUSLY HOT! I have never had gas for a stove before and I'm freaking out all the time. That is another story for another day.As for these, I wish I could afford to get another set to replace the cookware that Hubs bought me about 5 years ago. Actually, since I would rather be in the RV than home, I don't need to worry about it!! hahahahahahaha!!

Best set I’ve owned!
I’ve been cooking for a while and I can honestly say one of the better “affordable” sets. Pretty even cook and easy to clean. What more could you ask for!
