I really like these. I usually mix this with about 32oz of water & the flavor is nice and light. I definitely can tell a difference with feeling hydrated after drinking these, and the price & quality beats everything. most electrolytes have an overwhelming flavor/salt content, and while sometimes it’s good to get extra sodium, for a daily boost it’s not necessary unless you’re REALLY sweating every day. Love the ingredient list & feel a lot better knowing i’m not disrupting my body/gut health with fake sugars or a surplus of flavorings.

Great Electrolyte!! (Salty)
This has been my go-to lately. It definitely has a saltier flavor than most electrolytes (Gatorade, liquid iv, etc) but I just add more water. I love the flavor and it helps me replenish better than most. I’m a professional athlete/trainer who saunas and runs often so it’s been hard to find a tasty high salt electrolyte powder. I’ve been recommending this one to all my friends.( It is not salty to the point where you throw it up, if you add more water than recommended the flavor is nice & faintly sweet) I love the berry lemonade flavor.

Pots go too! Amazing salt content. My dr prescribed these for me. If you don’t like a super salty taste, just add more water. It has the minerals we rly need.

Awful Taste
I had high hopes for this after using their trace mineral drops but it just tastes awful, with a weird aftertaste. I mixed with 32 oz water so plenty of water to dilute.
