The printer is very easy to setup, you just download and install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store and it will automatically find the printer if you connect it to your router wirelessly (USB setup is also possible). The LCD screen makes it very easy to print, copy, or scan even without the need of a computer. It has 2 trays which maeks it very convenient as you can load small Photo paper in one tray and A4 paper in another to easily switch between printing documents or high quality photos.

I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 9123 back in January, and for the first few months, it was completely fine. It just sat in the exact same position on my desk, doing its job. But then the endless glitches started. First, I ran into the same issue another reviewer mentioned here: whenever you send a document to print, it just gets stuck in the print queue for ages and does absolutely nothing. But the biggest nightmare started when I tried to change the cartridge, Official HP Cartridges . The printer suddenly refused to accept it and kept giving a constant error saying the cartridge is "uncompatible." And here is the funniest (and by funniest, I mean most frustrating) thing: the entire printer is now completely BLOCKED. The error message has frozen the screen, I can't even open the settings menu, and I can't do anything at all! The device has literally turned into a useless plastic brick. This is absolutely unacceptable for a printer that is only 4-5 months old. What am I even supposed to do with this now??? Avoid this model at all costs unless you want a frozen screen and a broken printer.

It works and the quality is great, but putting ink in this thing makes that ink run on a timer. It won't survive long even if you don't print for a while, so you'll need to stock up on ink cartridges just in-case.

Horrible product. It was delivered with low ink and when we replaced the ink, it stopped working. In 3 months, I had to throw the printer. No response from HP service. Do not buy.

Easy setup, but it does not print as fast as it is mentioned in the description. But it delivers on time

Print quality depends upon the original ink cartridges which are not provided with the printer these are refilled HP cartridges. So the print results dull. Not be happy only average mode.

Works well. This is the 3rd HP printer I have had. The last one lasted 14 yrs. Running it of 2 computers. 1st on a cable (it’s a very old computer) 2nd wireless. Both work well and quality is very good.
