The best bought mayo period, shame it's difficult to get hold of and is pretty expensive.

It's really tasty. When I'm able to I will order more.

This is expensive but worth every penny as a healthy and tasty alternative mayonnaise. It's tangy and delicious and is a great dressing for tuna fish, canned salmon, turkey burgers, potatoes, and many whole foods. If you want to replace the fat and cholesterol of many traditional brands of mayonnaise with a great alternative, this is a good choice.Is this whole 30 approved? The simple answer is "Yes" - but I have to qualify it. If your goal is simply to stick with whole foods, which is what I now try to do, there is nothing in the ingredients that (in my understanding) disqualify this product. The ingredients are Avocado Oil, Organic Cage-Free Eggs, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Vinegar, Water, Salt, Organic Lime Juice Concentrate, Chipotle Powder, Lime Granules, Organic Chives, Organic Rosemary Extract. Furthermore the product is Primal & Paleo Approved, Sugar Free, Soy and Canola Free, Dairy Free, and Gluten & Grain Free.However, whole 30 also encourages people NOT to think in terms of replacing foods that are off limits (e.g., ordinary mayonnaise, ketchup, etc.), and frankly speaking, that's exactly what I was doing with this sauce. Having said that, I could probably not have lasted on whole foods without this sauce because it made many of my favorite whole foods (tuna and salmon, turkey burgers, many kinds of veggies) even more delicious than they were with ketchup and/or mayonnaise. So people who make one of their goals to change their thinking about food completely, which is a good goal - they may choose to avoid this sauce because for them it is a substitute for something they can no longer have under whole 30. And that way of thinking is to be avoided according to whole 30.The bottom line is that I think this is a great product, and the 12oz jars go farther than you might think. It is expensive, but it is now a permanent resident in my refrigerator at home, and in the lunchroom refrigerator at work. I really enjoy this product. If you are doing whole 30, best wishes to you - it's nice to be able to include products like this in a healthy diet.

Excellente mayo, aussi bien pour le goût que pour sa composition. Je l'adore, mais les frais de port prohibitifs (aussi cher que le pot !) et non dégressifs en fonction de la quantité commandée, feront que je n'en rachèterai pas.

Best Chipotle Mayonnaise 😋 on the Market! You would never know this mayo is made from avocado oil, it's texture is firm, its taste is refined, and here's the best part it's healthier than soy based mayonnaise. I only use this brand now. The Chipotle has a nice kick which is great mixed into coleslaw or spread on a sandwich with cold cuts, or used as a dip. Avocado oil fights cancer and helps balance hormones. Hormone imbalances can be traced to bad fats, like soy based oils, or trabs fats, whereas avocado oil is high in antioxidants and is a good fat that not only balances hormones but can help with weight loss when used in conjunction with paleo-keto diets. I highly recommend this mayonnaise.

So in order to attempt to be a bit healthier I am try to rid my diet of the bad veggie oils.... I came across us to this product. The question for me was, will this stack up against regular mayo enough so that i can totally replace my regular mayo with this. I am happy to report that yes it does. I have tried both the regular PK mayo and the chipotle lime verity and I think they are both fantastic. One of my favorite things to eat is just wild caught tuna mixed with this. It is spicier than I thought it would be, which was a present surprise, because in my experience most things that say spicy and usually not.. because they have to sell to the masses. Excellent chipotle lime flavor. I can see this not being right for everyone, but the regular kind is great as well so between the two I think most will be happy. I will be experimenting with making my own using a avocado oil base, but this product will become a staple in my refrigerator.
