Alright, I took these to Mexico. During their Independence Day. While backpacking 4 states and let me say. Regardless of the tequila or beer. I did not wake up with any hangover. These patches work great. I try to remember to put them on before drinking, but have also put them on the next morning and they help relieve some of the symptoms. Definitely worth the money.

Bought these to take on a vacation to Puerto Vallarta. If you travel to Mexico, we are drinking, so I wanted to be prepared. This personally did not work for me. I didn't feel a difference in energy or any difference after drinking. The patches were comfortable and discrete, no odor, and didn't come off while swimming. I used them till I ran out, mostly because I had already bought them, but they didn't work unfortunately.

So they don't eliminate the hangover lol it's not a miracle patch. But they definitely speed up the process the next day. 1 patch lasts 8 hrs I'll put 1 on the day of, 1 before sleeping, and 1 when I wake up and be headache free by noon. If ur going to party, these absolutely help
