So I've purchased both the beige and clear patches. Personally I feel that the beige work better and are just as discreet. The clear ones peel off from the corners and left a discoloration on my friend. He also tried the beige and it didn't mark him at all. We have been using these for years and have really felt a difference the next day! We place them on our chest or upper arm and leave them on for over 8 hours and it doesn't move. Alright, I took these to Mexico. During their Independence Day. While backpacking 4 states and let me say. Regardless of the tequila or beer. I did not wake up with any hangover. So they don't eliminate the hangover lol it's not a miracle patch. But they definitely speed up the process the next day. 1 patch lasts 8 hrs I'll put 1 on the day of, 1 before sleeping, and 1 when I wake up and be headache free by noon. If ur going to party, these absolutely help
