Simple for children

These are very wonderful books. At one time, I homeschooled and had every single one. These are mainly for younger kids, but can be used for slightly older children if they either have and inversion to reading or have reading difficulties. Our Summer project is whales, whaling history, ect. For my 13 year olds, I bought this book because they HATE to read! It is a decent overview of the book.

Love the large print

good read

We're reading this right now and enjoying it very much.It's helped bridge the "I hate reading" and "you must read 20 minutes a day" gap in our home.

My husband is disabled from a stroke, and he needs large print. This series of great classics is perfect for him and he loves it

Book was in excellent condition. Arrived as promised.

Moby Dick, was written by: Herman Melville with 239 pages. In this book the author used lots of pictures, it's a larger print, it would be good for those who are learning or struggling with reading also, its a very short book that could be read under two days. Moby Dick, is about a Captain named Ahab who went on a whaling expedition, and a giant whale crippled him on the voyage. There was a guy named Ishmael who wanted to learn how to hunt for whales, so him and Queequeg found a ship that was offering people to go with them. Along the way they meet with different people, and know more about the captain. They eventually found out that the captain was using them to kill Moby Dick was killed or not. The only thing we now is that Ishmael was the only surviver from that voyage to tell of this story. In conclusion, this wasn't my favorite book, because of the wording and to me it was boring . Other than that I would give it a three star rating but, would recommend it to those who are still learning how to read.

Kid (11years) took something like less than a day to read it. Timeless story abridged well for kids.

A whale of a tale!

The book arrived within days of ordering. It was reasonably priced. Did'nt like that the price is on the front cover of book. I bought it for a gift so didnt want to ruin cover by removing price.
