Good Condition and Correct Size
So initially there was a snafu with the delivery date identified. I wrote to the seller to let them know that I had not received my box of the 20oz cups. Fortunately, wherever it was initially delivered it was resolved and I still received my cups within the anticipated delivery timeframe. I am happy the seller addressed the issue expeditiously and that the issue was resolved within 24 hours.The cups are exactly what I wanted and I can feel comfortable knowing the seller will work towards resolution immediately. Thanks!

LOVE the size of cups, keep cold or hot great. Order the large box so i will always have some.Buy the lids & straws & they can go anywhere with you. Highly recommend

Really prompt on shipping
Very prompt on shipping and delivery. Bottom of box crushed w/2-4 cups hurt, but expected some would be as several packages to/from home have been damaged. If you consider the extremely large number of freight moving around USA let alone world some damage should be expected.
