Well made binder for safe document storage on a budget
This is a well built, yet affordable binder for storing important documents. I use it for organizing and storing physical copies of all my applications and permits from the ATF for my Title II firearms (things like silencers & short-barreled rifles), and also a copy of my National Firearms Act Trust and my Advance Medical Directive. The zippers seemed to be good quality and are indeed water tight, so long as you ensure they are zipped together completely. The brightly colored band on it stands out well in the light making it easily visible if needing to be found after some kind of disaster. Some people complain about it having a strong "rubber" smell, but that's just the fire resistant material it is made out of.

Coin book
I like this book the only thing is the zipper has to much slack in it so you have to work to get it opened or closed.

Wish it came in different colors
It's good. It's hard to label and file labels do not stick. For that purpose, I wish it came in several different colors.

I hope it’s fireproof
Idk if it’s fireproof hope I don’t find out but the binder feels nice and good quality. I hope the zipper doesn’t fail. Feels sturdy though so I hope it lasts a long time.

Nice size
I got this to use as my portable file cabinet. Very roomy, will hold alot of documents.

Rubbery smell
Not sure how I would rate this since I didn't keep it. There is a heavy rubber smell and feel. The rings are the old round rings and not the newer D-rings.
