Great for sifting home ground grains for flour
I use this shaker for home ground flour and it works great. I made the mistake of using the brush that is supplied by maker, it shedded hairs in my final product, got rid of it and now use a flat wooden tool to pull toward the hole. I did adjust the shake speed with ease and the instructions are adequate in teaching what it does. When done sifting flour I take it to the air compressor and blow it clean, never using water to clean it and store it with a cloth cover. We put the provided no-slip sticker on a board, this is where the shaker lives, it does not move around while shaking. The 40 and the 60 are adequate for my needs as we only use it for flour. The capacity of the screen helps speed up the process.

Save your energy for the garden.
It works great. Does not make a mess either. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to sift flour. I mill my own flour and I want to sift the bran out for some bakes.

Works great but read my two tips
It works amazingly. I bought the 60 and 40 screen model. It saves me so much time! A few observations: 1) I don’t think I should get water on the screens to wash them. I believe they might rust. I plan to dust them off instead after each use. There are no instructions about this in the included instruction sheet. 2) DO NOT use the included paintbrush tool! Is sheds little hairs all over the flour. It created a disaster for me. Just buy a high quality basting brush to dust off the flour from the screens and base bowl.

Product so far is pretty good, packaging is horrendous.
The first one I received the box was smashed in and the product was damaged, plus it was used, someone else's return that was sold as new, bad first impressions. Ordered a replacement and this one came with the box even more smashed in on the side (come on Amazon, stop shipping items to customers where the box is obviously completely crushed.) Shockingly the product was not damaged. About the packaging, a message to the manufacturer, please please lose the styrofoam packaging, you know the kind that little popcorn/pea sized pieces go all over the place that you can't clean up because it is so statically charged and goes all over the place no matter how careful you are when handling it, it provides no protection and is among the worse kinda of packaging material. This product needs a sturdier box and much better packing material to protect it. As far as use, I have used it one time and did a great job at sifting our freshly milled Einkorn berries flour. It does not collect all the sifted flour out the spout though, so you need to use a spatula or something to collect it and push it down the spout into the bowl but overall it works good. Mine came with a 40 and 60 micron screen, they are not labeled though, this should be addressed, there should be clear/permanent labels on them (not a sticker like laser engraved or something), it is hard to visually see the difference between 40 and 60 micron. This would be a 4 or possibly 5 star but due to the packaging issues mostly it loses a few stars.

Great sieve for bolting fresh milled flour
Gets the job done and lets me sift flour much faster in larger quantities. Super easy to use though it is a little bulky but you can store all the sieve sizes together. I do wish the screens were labeled with the sizes on them.

Do it. You will not be sorry.
Where has this been all my life? For wayyyy too long I sifted by hand. Finally decided to splurge and let me say, 10/10. Absolute GAME CHANGER. Super fast, quiet. Yup. Get one!
