Apart from a delivery delay and lack of meaningful communication from delivery agents, this is a quality product.The balance is superb , and once I got used to its very smooth action, it is proving to raise my game to a new level.If anybody wants to take their snooker ability forward,, then this is the cue to encourage you to practice and practice, what ever your age or ability.At a young 73 years of age, it has given me a whole new spur to my game of snooker, which I only started for the first time, some 2years ago.,For any young, or mature person with a genuine interest, I would encourage this product to purchase, or as a potential present from friends or relatives. I have been playing on and off for the last 15 - 20 years,since i was a kid i suppose,i have managed to reach a half decent standard at some stages and made a few breaks of 30-40, mainly using house cues,i bought a Riley cue from Argos for 50€ about 7 years ago and have used that since, last month i started playing with my mate and we agreed to play once a week, i noticed the Riley cue was slightly bent and the tip was worn out completely so i decided to invest in a new cue, the reviews seemed quite positive and i always liked the idea of having one of those metal cases, i tried it out for the 1st time last week,and i have to say it was amazing!!!so light and smooth compared to the Riley,the action was unreal,i was screwing back 11 feet , potting those long straight shots that i have been missing for years,the extensions make a big difference too, i just could not believe a new cue could make such a huge impact on my game, my mate was so impressed he has ordered one for himself!

Quality cue and feels smooth and plays well, the case fell apart pretty quick so had to replace but the cut and accessories are going strong

The quality of the cue is OK - nothing special. The case is rubbish and "Bennet's" don't like to mention you'll get hit with a £30 customs charge as it's shipped direct from Hong Kong.I wouldn't have bothered if I'd known.

I recently purchased this item and I must say the craftsmanship is beautiful. This is what I call value for money. I look forward to many years of use.

used for the first time today sat 28th, brill would encourage others to purchase this cue. used all the extensions what a differrence this made to the games.

Stunning presentation case. Beautifully finished and a pleasure to use. Took a little time to get the hang of using it but I'm hoping my performance will improve with time!
