I was genuinely excited about this diffuser and, at first, I loved it. For the first few weeks, the scent output was strong, noticeable, and filled the space exactly as advertised. It felt like a luxury experience. However, after finishing my first Pro-Pod, the performance dropped drastically. When I installed a brand new pod, I expected the same strong fragrance output I initially experienced. Instead, the scent is barely noticeable — even at higher intensity settings. The difference compared to the first few weeks is significant. Given that this system requires proprietary Pro-Pods (which are not inexpensive), it’s frustrating to feel like the unit has essentially stopped performing after less than a month of use. At this price point, I expected consistent performance and longevity. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. If you’re considering this diffuser, just be aware that initial performance may not reflect long-term results.

I’m not certain of the difficulty others are having with this product, but we love it. At the recommendation of our daughter… because the beauty aesthetics office she works in uses it… we bought one. Using the My Way scent, which smells divine… you can most definitely smell it throughout our home. At little over 1900 sq. ft. it is more subtle in areas furthest away from the unit, and more noticeable in the area where it is placed. You can smell it immediately upon walking in. We would like to get another, so we can place them at each end of our home. I’m sold on this device. If I had to list anything I dislike, it would be the sound. It’s low but not quiet and in a completely silent home you will hear it, when it diffuses. But our home is rarely silent, so… day to day noises does drown it out. A huge positive is, using consistently, each day, on low for about a month now and we’ve barely made a dent in the level of the oil. If available… we may possible buy a sampling of scents to see if there are others we like. While not cheap… the diffuser itself does cost less than other brands. So that’s a bonus. Cost of oil is high… but on low will last a long time. It’s super easy to use and if not placed where it will tip over, won’t leak. If you misuse or don’t follow directions, you won’t find enjoyment. As for me and my home… we give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

If I could give zero stars I would. It works for about a month and then stops working. Amazon doesn’t have a return button since it’s over the time limit (3 months) and the company can’t help bc I bought from Amazon. After buying this and two bottles and of oil it’s useless. $150 down the drain…don’t bother. It stopped misting an now the company is telling me to buy cleaning solution even though I haven’t even been through half a bottle of oil.

Smells great and works well. However the one we received had been used and had to be cleaned before we used it- not real pleased with that but that is more a customer service issue.

I have spent a literal fortune purchasing what I thought were the proper size oils for this diffuser that I have not even been able to use yet. The oils are not labeled properly as to what size is needed for the diffuser. So I consider it as throwing my money away However, I will say that the oil smell lovely but I can’t use them in my diffuser. They don’t fit. Amazon‘s labeling of the product sizes is not clearly written either..

Like the diffuser but wish the replacement propods were more affordable. The diffuser offers three options- low, medium and high. Low diffuses an amount of spray approximately every 3-4 minutes. I prefer a longer spray (high) but product won’t last 30 days. The propod (oil) refill is $54.00.

The positive about this item is all of the scents that are available and each scent catapults you into a luxury hotel lobby. We love My Way with inspiration from 1 Hotel in South Beach, FL. The scent combines woodsy, floral, and amber notes. It seems to function well and the diffuser size is perfect for the main living area of our 1400 sq foot home - you can definitely smell it when you enter the home. The negative about this product is the deception from both commercials and on-line advertising is that it appears to be a standalone device which can be placed anywhere, however it has to be plugged in to function so it has the cord attached and doesn't give the ability to place on a coffee table or bedside table. We are hoping that there will come a day when a Bluetooth feature is added and we can display its beauty anywhere.

Not working well, waste of money. Just wasting electricity without doing its purpose, my room smell nothing. It made me stressed out more instead of making me relax just by thinking how to make it work. Expensive peace of trash, will never recommend

Very disappointed! Bought the diffuser and Amazon says “frequently bought together” recommendation so I purchased the pricey oils also. They don’t fit the diffuser! I spent a ridiculous amount of money on two items I have no use for. Also, no tube in my diffuser kit so I am also assuming that even if I could find the right scent pods they won’t work anyways and wow are they expensive ! Don’t trust when Amazon says “frequently bought together” what they fail to tell you is most likely they are “frequently returned together” as they are NOT compatible.l! Both my diffuser and the oils are going back way too much $ for uselessness and frustration!

I have ha 2 of these diffusers which did not last. Ordered a new one which was sent with piece missing. Not happy.

No smell

It works perfectly. Does not come with scented oil. The Oils you have to purchase separately and must be Hotel Collection Oil brand to fit the diffuser.

No hose, no bottle, total waste.
