It is an excellent source of B vitamins like niacin and B12, important for cellular energy production. And despite being a flavorful source of umami flavoring, it's low in sodium.

I missed Italian parmesan cheese but this product compensates for it! it has a very subtle cheesy flavour and loaded with nutrients. You can use it on toasts, pastas or pizzas as plant-based cheese. Good vegan alternative!

5:15pm has the best nutritional yeast flasks. This is 100% non- fortified. I ordered in chessy nutty umami flavour. This is rich in protein & vitamins. I use it for popcorn, speghetti for better taste enhancement.Highly recommended 💯
