Self Hypnosis: Give Up Alcohol

I have waited a while before writing this review as if I had written it in the first week of trying the CD I would have put that it didn't work for me .However im in week 4 and thing have changed quite dramatically and no one is more surprised than me . It the strangest feeling I have always drank approx. a bottle of wine a day for at least the last 25 years and as I get older im feeling fat sluggish tired joint pain unfit and thought maybe it time to cut down,so I bought this cd with my mothers day voucher and to be honest I only kept going with it as it really helped me relax and sleep. I though that at least it wasn't a total waste of money. So for the past 10 days i have not drank any alcohol and last Friday I was exceptionally stressed at work and normally would go home and drink a bottle of wine I thought about it , it was like the thought was there right at the back of my mind like something not important on my to do list I just couldn't commit to a drink. and on Sunday I went to pub and had a COFFEE ! I don't think ive ever had a coffee at a pub, and it was lovely and seemed normal .So I you are undecided about this purchase please don't be, but please give it chance !! I would say its not a miracle worker but I be lying

This CD is awesome! I have gone from drinking wine every evening with dinner, to having soft drinks instead AND ENJOYING THEM! I don't feel like I'm missing out at all! I also get a lovely night's sleep because I feel so relaxed at the end of the hypnosis (track 3 is for bedtime - there are 2 other tracks on the CD if you don't want to be sleepy at the end). The CD took just a few days to start having this effect. I'm going to try this lady's fear of flying hypnosis CD next!

I bought this to alternate with another thinking that it would stop me getting complacent, it has not only stopped my all too regular nightly drinks, but i also use it during the day if things are not going too well. The half hour session calms me down and i feel all the better afterwards. Very soothing for this 70 year old.

Very quick delivery , sends me to sleep , still hard giving my glass or two of wine each evening but getting there.Have decided to have a drink at weekends and none in the week.Rachael has a lovely soothing voice .Only had cd a week so early days but had not a drop in the week and not difficult on the second week and its only Tuesday.

Great CD! This has helped me no end and I have decided to invest in some of her other products now as well. If you have a drinking culture you can't quite get rid of and have tried to stop but can't try this CD.

I initially had a problem with the first CD and had to leave what looked like a negative comment.I would like to say that this was cleared up effectively and a second CD was dispatched within 24hours and I am happy to say I would recommend this seller to anyone and am very happy with my purchase.

This lady is excellent, I wanted to quit drinking in preparation for a holiday and I did 😁 sadly holiday over and I'm having a drink or two! I know it will work again, when I get my act together 😁

This really does seem to work for me...and after only a few days. I have to admit that I don't particularly like her voice or the visualisations - but it hasn't stopped it being effective! Would recommend!
