Source of Life has the best vitamin for women. It has everything so vital for body functions. Easy to swallow. I notice a difference taking these vitamins.. more energy and general well being!

Love this brand and these vitamins. I found this brand YEARS ago for my prenatals. Can I tell a difference when I take them?? Yes! Most brands I’d take because I think taking them is a good idea, but these I can feel a difference if I take them or if I skip. Most days I take one instead of the full recommended. Helps me justify the extra cost to stretch them, but if I felt the need for the whole dose, I’d take it. One seems to work well for me. I recommend them.

So far I like them and they seem to give me extra energy. Wish the manufacturer would find a way to get the lead out of the vitamins, though. I looked online and these womens vitamins seemed to have less lead than their regular Source of Life, so I got these, but I can't help wondering if there is more that can be done. Dear Natures Plus: people who care enough about their health to get whole food vitamins don't want lead in their supplements.

i've been using these vitamins for about eight or nine years. This is the only multivitamin that I will ever use. I noticed that I have more energy when I take these and my friend who suggested them to me was right about one extra benefit that we both get from them, faster hair growth. The only downside is the size of the pill, but I don't have any other complaints due to the benefits I've gotten from using them.

My go to vitamin. I have celiac disease and no other vitamin seems to be absorbed by my body. I feel the difference within a few days. I take only one tablet with a meal and sometimes two per day. But I don't usually need more than one tablet to feel the effects.

I was very excited when I saw what this multi would contain but then very disappointed when I became really sick while taking it. I thought something I ate had bothered me or maybe I caught a stomach bug. It wasn’t until like a week later that I was still struggling with bad nausea a couple of times but every day had bad stomach pains and was accumulating pimples which I almost never even get (except 1 or 2 for my cycle). I thought I inspected the ingredients well enough but it slipped by that it has soy extract and I’m allergic to soy. I don’t know why it didn’t have “contains: soy” at the bottom but I wanted to warn everyone just in case of allergies or just in case you know as well as I do that while soy can have its benefits, it’s not actually good for women’s hormones either (some know now about it not being good for men which is probably why it’s not in the men’s multi, that I could find, that I bought for my husband). Also, I gave them to a friend so she could enjoy the awesome ingredients I was looking forward to and she became nauseous as well. Side note: she and I both have PCOS which is why I’ve had to learn about all the hormonal stuff.
