INSTRUCTIONS WRONG, FOLLOW THESE INSTEAD
I thought I was unimpressed with these, but after prepping them the same way I did glass noodles for a soup, I realized tge directions were just wrong.Take the amount you want to add and place in a bowl. Cover with water generously like boiling pasta (you will drain the water later) and soak for 20 minutes. Then drain.Add to your ramen or other soup at the end of preparing the soup. This makes all the freeze dried toppings legitimately taste fresh, even the carrots, mushrooms, and most surprisingly the tofu becomes bouncy again.

Thrifty Gourmet Magic in a Bag
I haven’t been a broke college student in decades—but I have decades of experience making a budget taste like a blessing. This veggie topping mix? It’s the upgrade my lifelong ramen habit didn’t know it needed. Here’s the recipe for glory:➤ A couple tablespoons of this mix➤ 6 oz of water through the Keurig➤ 3½ minutes of waiting (optional dramatic pacing)➤ One fancy bowl of ramen that tastes like you’ve got your life togetherThe dried corn, mushrooms, tofu, cabbage—whatever wizardry is going on in there—it works. Suddenly, my dollar ramen has texture, flavor, and a vibe that says “I make smart financial decisions and still eat well.” No chopping, no cleanup, no guilt.I’m not trying to impress anyone. I just want to enjoy my noodles without questioning my life choices. And this mix gets me there.

Add more veg to your Ramen noodles!
I sometimes eat Raman noodles at work for dinner. I wanted more veg and tofu in them. Ordered this, it works great! Put them in an old plastic OJ bottle in my locker. Just pour them into my bowl before adding boiling water. The ONLY reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars...they have a coiiled up long noodle in the mix. I don't want more noodles, and it has a bad texture when it's cooked with the other noodles. I will try another brand but these are worth trying. I may come back to them, as well.

Do not purchase.
For $20 you think there would be actual veggies in this bag. It’s all tofu and flakes of green. That’s it. Just flakes. Terrible and dissatisfying. Cost way too high.

A Good Thing
Good to add into Ramon noodles, scrabbled eggs and omelettes and soups. Dried natural vegetables cut into small pieces that soften during cooking. Add into Ramon noodles mid-way during cooking.
