Fixing up my lawn mower seat looks like it's doing great job

I've loved this product for a long time and it is pretty easy to use so long as you thoroughly clean the surface to be coated and are patient for the 4-hrs-between-coatings timing. It's helpful to have different colors because you can use the colors to quickly distinguish between different sizes or between English and metric sets. Tool handles slip less readily when you coat them and it can insulate tool handles that otherwise might conduct electricity so long as it is thick enough and doesn't have any cracks, tears or small holes. (It's your own risk to rely on something like this rather than insulated gloves) Besides tools, I've used this to coat neodymium magnet bars to keep a set of 4 properly aligned as a flat unitary structure to provide a super strong mounting for heavy objects. The only complaint is that the metal container is a tear-away style and the plastic cap that comes with MOST cans (there was NOT one with this delivery but the red color product delivered last month DID have one) fails miserably to keep the product from curing (the solvent evaporates). I have even used a carefully applied heavy-duty plastic wrap between the open can and the plastic cap but within a week or so, the product hardens. Maybe the manufacturer can come up with a delivery system that can lengthen the shelf life of the opened product? I've ordered quite a few cans of this stuff over the years and have rarely had it stay liquid for more than 2-3 weeks EVEN taking precautions to re-seal it tightly. And, it's not cheap.

The product is great if you use it as a one time use. No way to seal the can after it’s opened. A nice plastic lid would have been nice.

Incredible product. Fix the packaging. I'm managing to preserve it for multiple uses, but it's not easy.

Worked for my needs of coating some L brackets. Problem is once opened the product doesn't come with a way to seal the container for left over product.

Useful for general grip applications like tool handles... shrinks upon drying on flat surface and in negative space corners, etc.

Looks nice in the picture but once the can gets a little low it no longer works. It also dries so fast that it skims over and you can't get it even. I thought I would try brushing it on in certain applications but the brush gums up and dries out right away. Once you open it the whole can will soon dry out. I have tried this stuff twice and wasted money both times. Now I should say I do steel sculpture and other art all day. I owned and ran my own custom car painting shop so have endless experience with chemical products and their use.

Works great if you have the time to let it dry. Would purchase again.
