Firstly this isn't to deter anyone from using these products but I wanted to write a review. I started taking these as I have had acne for 25 years, have tried almost everything and i read taking supplements can help in healing acne, especially Vitamin D as it promotes a lot of health benefits. I started taking these Vitamins around 3 weeks ago. I do get anxiety from time to time but didn't connect the 2 until after week three of taking the vitamins my heart was racing from morning till night and triggering my anxiety off terribly which (this began the day i started taking the vitamin) , as it always does. gave me a bad breakout of acne. It wasn't until I googled which vitamins raise your heart beat that I realised it was the Vitamin D that was causing the upset. The brand are great and i don't have any problems with this but please make sure you consult a DR before self supplementing as its caused 3 weeks of anxiety and one of the worst breakouts of acne ive ever had. No where disclosed it could raise your heartbeat until I did the research so again - please get your vitamin levels checked and consultant a DR if you are ever to self supplement
