Not worth it.
Do not buy from STEPR.This company has serious quality issues, and the machine you receive is a gamble. If you do decide to purchase, set it up and use it heavily within the first two weeks—because that’s all the time you have under their refund policy. After that window, you’re stuck dealing with their after-market service team, which is a slow and frustrating process.What’s especially unethical is that STEPR is fully aware of these recurring quality problems at the production level, yet they continue to ship defective units to customers. In my case, the machine repeatedly stopped abruptly during use, which nearly caused me a serious injury when it locked my knees and almost threw me off.For the price and the risk, it’s not worth it.
