1. Quality is very good 2. Design looks expensive and elegant 3. Price can be reduced a bit 4. Remote control quality is better quality than any other remote operated fans (especially superfans) 5. Delivery in time and packaging is good 6. Package contained all the necessary screws, nuts bolts I have bought many superfans before purchasing Atomberg fans. I have gone through many issues: 1. Superfans gets heated and start working slow after a few hours of working while Atomberg fans doesn't have this problem 2. Superfans remote control are cheap quality plastic while Atomberg remotes gives a sense of good build quality and are sturdy 3. Superfans takes too much time before start rotating. First they start rotate in opposite direction and then in forward and after 30-40 seconds and sometimes 2-3 minutes they spin in the right direction. I contacted their support for this problem and they asked me to send a video. I sent them and they simply denied its their fan's problem. They said, it is just screw is not properly tight on the rod (what a lame excuse). Their support sucks even though they say 5 years guarantee/warranty but don't trust them. I am using Atomberg fans for several months now and never noticed any of the above problem with them. I am sure if your product is better quality, you won't advertise many years warranty/guaranty. NEVER EVER BUY SUPERFAN or any other remote control fan. Atomberg fans are BEST in range.

First sent fan was making tak tak sound from motor. I asked for replacement. It was promptly replaced by amazon. Now the replaced one is running OK for the last 10 days. Today its return window is closed. Low cost cheap ordinary ceiling fans also run well for 3 to 4 years. I can't tell how long this fan will last. If it is a good quality fan it should last for at least 25 years without any complaint. I have many Crompton and Orient company conventional ceiling fans which are running more than 25 years very well. This fan's packing by the company was vary bad. The components are stuffed in the box forcefully especially the canopies. Due to that one of the canopies has been bent. It remained for 2 months in the box and lost its shape permanently. There is no enough space in the box for the canopy. The box should have been slightly bigger or the canopy little smaller. All the other things like noiselessness, stability, looks, remote control, finishing are good. First I had rated 1 star, Now after replacement I am rating 4 stars. 1 star deducted for bad packing Atomberg people should note.

I review this fan after 5 year of using.model effico. It's a amazing fan, energy saver, speed normal, remote function good.

This is the first time I am buying a Gorilla fan after reading the reviews. I ordered the white color but, unfortunately, I got a matte brown body and white fins so, had to return it. Will post the review once I get a replacement and use it. Got a replacement in 5 days. Looks good. The rubber grip connecting the ceiling hook should have been slightly bigger to grip the hook. The nut & bolt should have been bigger though it is not a something that would I.pact its performance. Turned on the fan and set it on speed 1. It moved for around 5 degrees then stopped; looked like a jerk; and then started rotating. It always does that on speed 1. Air delivery on speed 1 is too low; 2 is good, 3,4,5 & boost are awesome. It is better than regular 75 watt fans however, the noise is audible when it cuts through the air @ speeds 4,5 & boost. My regular fan was better with lower noise. I would still buy a couple of them primarily for its performance & low power consumption & would definitely recommend it.

Had purchased Gorilla Atomberg fan in Oct'2017. It has been working fine since then till April 2026 without any problem. Recently Atomberg technician replaced PCB which made the fan to stop working. Hats off to Atomberg team for introducing a reliable product.

EDIT. After about 4 years of use, one fine day it stopped working for no apparent reason. The warranty is for 3 years only. Another big problem with the bldc fans.. gets damaged by lighting strikes. Under warranty, they will replace the board, but you are out of luck after warranty period since you can't guess when lightning will strike!! As I said above, my first fan got damaged due to some other reason, not lightning. OLD review below: Plus: 1.Speed steps are spaced apart accurately. Most fans drop speed a lot when stepped down from speed 5 to speed 4. 2. Not noisier than regular fans. There is no humming on low speeds unlike regular fans. 3. Highest speed is equivalent to regular 75W fans. I think it is faster than regular 50W power saver fans. Minus: 1. Lowest speed 1 is a bit fast. It should have been lesser. 2. There should be a +/- button on remote in addition to the numbered speed buttons. 3. Plastic quality (cup) is cheap. Paint quality also looks cheap. It would be fair from Atomberg to bump up price by 200 or 300 and not let such a fine engineered product look flawed because of cheap plastic/paint components.

This is one of the most energy efficient fans and the reason it's so efficient is because of the BLDC technology. Let me write down few advantages other than the obvious ones of this fan over the conventional(AC Induction motor) fans. 1. BLDC means, brushless DC, so, less friction. That means less wear and tear and less heat loss. 2. It internally runs on 24V, so external voltage can go down to 140V, but the fan's speed and performance will not deteriorate. 3. It comes with a remote and sleep and timer functionality. So, you can do more with this fan with more comfort. 4. And , it doesn't heat up at all. I touched it after hours of use and it stays at room temperature. To be fair, let me also note down 3 Minor inconveniences that I faced with this fan. 1. The fan doesn't come with an Extra wire, so one needs to manage a piece of conductive wire that should pass through the rod and connect to the socket. It's not a big deal. But, I hope Atomberg notices this and include this going forward to make it a complete package. 2. The rod length seems to be an inch longer than the conventional fans I had. So, people with lower roof should be careful. 3. The plain models gather dust very easily. One has to clean the fan every month. I've heard that's not the issue with the premium models. And no, I am not a Atomberg spokeperson or something. I just fell in love with this fan. We should all buy this fan immediately and replace all old fans instead of waiting for the price to go down. Let me tell you why. Every month this fan will save you at least a 100 rupees.(Considering you run your fan for at least 10 hours). So, every year you will save at least 900 rupees. So, if you wait for a year to buy this fan, you are actually adding 900 rupees to your expense.
