I love this book and how helpful it is! This book was able to help me to learn the basics of cat care, nutrition, and training. It also helped me understand a cat's reaction and how to make them healthy. I feel much more confident now about buying my own cat.

I have to say that "Cats:Cat Care:Kitten Care" was a very enlightening book. I have always had dogs because I am very allergic to cats, but my daughter has one, and she is in love with it. This book would really be good for her to read to get some insight on cat care. "Cats are extremely cuddly and cute..." "It is a good idea to pick your cat up a lot. This gets them used to humans and allows them to be much more friendly over time." The reason I mention these quotes is because there are so many times that I am on the phone with my daughter, and she will be holding her cat, and I can hear it purring. That cat loves to be held, but not in the beginning. When I first saw the cat, she was still a kitten, and my daughter's friend was trying to hold her. The cat wasn't having it. As Ace says, "Cats prefer to be picked up so that there head is up and their feet are facing the ground." Well, my daughter's friend was cradling her, and the cat got mad, and scratched her. "They feel more comfortable being held under their belly."One other thing that I found very interesting was that cats liked to be fed raw foods, or even better, "allow the cat to find their own food, such as mice." I didn't think that cats actually ate mice, but I guess it's true. I'm telling anyone that owns a cat, to read this book. You will learn many things that you may have not known.
