The software that comes with it Creality and recommended outside program Cura, doesn’t work with the printer very well. For example. As you can see in these pictures. The print speed, return speed, nozzle temp and the table heat, does not transfer over. You have to adjust it manually in increments to get it to start printing properly. This is on a lot of print jobs. Very simple print jobs. It seems to do OK. But go on that control board. That’s on there and turn that knob upper down on almost every setting to get it to print properly is ridiculous. As you can see from these print jobs it took us about five tries and guessing at the adjustments to get it to print properly. This is even after using the specs on the software. Was on hold with customer support for over two hours, and never got to anybody returning the printer as it’s not printing properly and the software not interacting properly. I have read several reviews that have said the same thing and I am not sure why this has such a high rating . This printer should be even a four star. Should be a three star or below. If you don’t mind having to switch back-and-forth between two software and transferring print jobs over to GC and slice it and then have to manually adjust it in order to get it to download into the printer I guess you’re OK . Go ahead and waste hours of your time. Trying to get one print job done.

Only prints in center of bed because its bowed. Ive spent 20 hrs trying to calibrate this peice of junk. I have a pyramid a1.1 3d cr10 v3 clone. Works fine. I can figure out that one. This one however wont even print the bed test squares. Seller will not replace it either. Must be returned to the ups store who charges to do returns here locally. Kohls isnt a option. Called Amazon. They weren't helpful. Im a amazon associate and i purchased this with money earned through amazon associates links from products i review on my you tube " ham radio hack " so basically paid $220 plus tax and now i either trash it or return it to ups and pay their return fees. Or see if seller responds. I was not aware that this seller did not accept replacements I don't even think they accept returns unless your Amazon Prime so I would have ordered it from a different seller because I read reviews later on about how the seller was not very good at replying back or taking care of any issues they just want you to return your broken printer to Amazon and deal with Amazon they don't want any part in it from what I've read so unless the seller is going to reach out and take care of this problem I'm giving this a one-star review for sending me a printer with a bent bed that actually does not truly have Auto leveling I know that's not the seller's fault but this is a damaged product and really all I wanted to do was just exchange it for another one that prints properly I've seen plenty of videos on the internet of this thing working quite well but mine does not
