Great comfort
I used this for stiffness and pain in my neck.It is soft to the touch, has a nice flowery scent when heated in the microwave, holds the heat for quite a while.It fits up the neck and across the shoulder, it has a nice weight to it.Just wish it came in a darker colour as it cannot be washed.

Very helpful heating pack
I love this neck/shoulder heat pack. My daughter bought it for me for Christmas. I have a lot of stenosis and muscle tightness in my neck. I use this at least 1-2 x a day. It doesn’t smell like burnt rice…like previous packs I’ve tried before. It has a nice, spa like smell of fresh herbs. I hear it up in the microwave for about a minute and 30-40 seconds. Seems to take more time to heat up than instructions say. I highly recommend this heating pack.

Pain Relief
It helps a lot, but don't get it to hot, because it can burn you. I put in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and make sure you even out the insides. I use mine a lot it takes a way the pain almost instantly because it feels so good.

Excellent design and helping my TMJ
Absolutely love the neck wrap. Excellent design that stays in place and doesn't slide or fall off. I pop mine in the microwave for 2 minutes after lifting weights and it soothes my neck and shoulders. I struggle with TMJ issues and can tell a huge improvement in relaxing my muscles due to using this neck wrap. Retains heat wonderfully and no overpowering scent.

It goes everywhere we go!
As a dance mom constantly on the go - this is a must pack for every weekend competition or convention. Glass of wine and this thrown over my shoulders works like a charm. Or even menstrual cramps - works wonders for those too!

Excellent product. Very pleased with it
My wife is very pleased with it. Is using it almost nightly this winter. The lavender scent is very pleasant and the product retains the heat very well.
