I got a faulty product on 4th October.When I tried to connect with customer service support. They said I will get resolution in next 48 hrs.But today is 4 nov. And I didn't get any resolution till today.Very bad product and service of this company.Pls don't buy this product. otherwise you may suffer.😔

The induction works nicely, Only drawback is the build quality around the buttons, Not sturdy around the keys.Heating is good, quick to start and stop.

Writing after 15 days use. it is a Good product. after many years, this is a first time Made in India electronic product i have found in the market.Induction cookware is a prerequisite. steel or iron can also be used. Seven preset menus for ready to use however it can be adjusted from 80 w to 1800 watts.at 1800 watt, rice cooking or daal in a pressure cooker it takes max 10 min. Noise level is also minimum just like a slowly moving table fan.for chapati, flat bottom tawa should be used.it comes with timer for switch off, so there should not be mandatory to come back and switch it off after cooking is complete.Upper surface is water resistant so there is no problem if some water spills over during cooking. However,care should be taken and not to allow water/ liquid to flood over the side and enter into the electric circuit.1000 watt is more than enough for most of the indian cooking menus, so no need to buy more wattage appliance and waste your money for fancy add ons.Cons:it has a cord 1.3 m which is not suitable for many old kitchens where electric sockets are in the corner. However, an extension cord would solve this problem.Advice:Go for it without second thought
