Been using this for a few days nowand I have noticed an improvement in not only my sleep, but my pain level too. It isn't a drastic amount, but enough to take notice. The cord is fairly long, so no worries about trips or having to be right up next to the outlet. It did/does have a funny smell to it when you first take it out and use it a couple times, almost like a burnt plastic. Seems to be a good quality, but honestly I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first time purchasing one. Easy to use, just put one end into the grounding port and the other into the mat and you are all set to go!I'll update after a couple months worth of use to see how well it holds up to the reputation and how I feel, but for now, I say worth it!

This mat has helped improved my sleep, my posture and it helps me relax. I use it at the end of the day right before bed and I sleep so much better after using it. When I wake up, I am more refreshed and ready to go all day again. I haven’t felt this good in a long time.

Decided to give grounding a try based on a friend's recommendation- the jury is still out as for the effectiveness. The product itself is well made, even tested with voltage meter that a gound was truly there and passed with no problems no matter where I tested on the mat

In my photos you can see it in bed and the unique plug into the ground part of an electric outlet. My wife has slept with this for about a week and while she seems to be sleeping soundly, perhaps a tad better than before, she's not sure if the mat is the cause. We tried plugging it in by our dog's bed to see if she'd like it and she avoided it. That may not mean anything at all, but I felt like it's a detail that might matter to someone with the caveat that our dog is very odd and often is afraid of anything and everything. We can't really say what this does aside from not hurting anything.

Every morning, my cat and I use the grounding mat while I meditate and do emails. I haven’t noticed a change in my inflammation, but there has been a big change in my varicose veins. They were once bulging and now they are flat. So I am very happy with this purchase.

The mat smells like rubber so badly I can’t use it. Also no instructions were included. I have no idea what to do with the orange pen like thing.
