This is the first time I've experienced through this book, big problems of big organisations and journey of coming out of the blue and rising eveb higher. Bold decisions, great team work, customer relation, innovative product and sheer love of all the employees for their company transformed our starbucks into greatest coffee authority. Lack of insights and you can make out that all details are sugar coated. Deliberate attempts to make CEO look like some David fighting a Goliath.After having read shoedog, I thought this book would be an interesting one, but I think I wasted my time.
