Definitely can feel the GABA
I knocked off one star because the labeling does not tell you the exact amounts of GABA etc used in the product the way a supplement bottle would. I'm autistic and I take GABA as needed to help with racing thoughts and processing social interactions more easily without getting overstimulated as quickly. I could tell I was getting the same sort of effect from chewing this gum, which is much more pleasant than downing hefty 500 mg supplement pills. But it would be nice to know just how much GABA is included. Some people are more or less sensitive to different supplements like this so dosing is important to know. But that aside, the taste isn't bad and the effects set in quickly.

Tastes gross
I realize saying it tastes gross is just an opinion. However, it was so bad that I had to spit it out and throw out the entire package. Waste of $.

3.5 stars if I could
This gum promises calm … does it deliver? I don’t know. I gave it a try going into a stressful situation and I didn’t feel especially nervous. Was it the gum or something else? I can’t say for sure but it didn’t hurt. What I can tell you is that this gum comes in a blister pack allowing you to dispense a piece or two while keeping the rest fresh. The gum has a slightly odd texture. It’s a bit thinner or looser than most other gum I’ve tried. The flavor is predominantly lemon with some ginger and an herbal flavor. It’s ok, not my favorite but decent. This gum is made in Sweden. My biggest complaint is that at the current price it’s almost $1 a piece which is more than any other gum I’ve ever purchased. Overall, the gum is good if pricy.
