Go to glue mouse traps! Amazing quality, very affective. Work better than any I’ve purchased at the store. Only ones I buy now. They do have a smell of peanut butter when first opened but it goes away after a few hours with good ventilation.

I really like how simple this glue mice trap is to set up. It has a super sticky peanut butter smelling surface that will capture any small beast that lands on it. My problem is that small birds are attracted to this product and they can’t escape. The mice are walking past this trap not interested in it hidden outdoors under the grill. Another frustration I have with this glue trap is they open in sets of two. I wanted only one glue trap but had to use two of them due to the way they are stored facing each other. Due to being so lightweight these glue traps will move if the trapped beast has some freedom of movement. I had one trap totally dissappear so perhaps taping the bottom to the floor would be helpful. Overall, this glue trap will work properly if the mouse steps on it. You would then pick up the entire plastic 3 inch by 4 inch glue trap and place it in a plastic zip bag before tossing in the garbage.

These are a great substitute for using poison or other harmful things that can hurt other animals you don't want to hurt. If a bigger animal (like your dog or cat) get stuck on these, you may have a hard time getting them off but most likely they aren't going to debilitate them (they'll still be able to get around and eat/drink until you can rescue them). For the smaller creatures, i.e., rodents, they are going to get stuck and eventually die. The pre-baited feature on this is also nice, making it so that you don't have to add any other bait. These are not a good idea if you don't like the idea of killing the mice, as once they are stuck on these traps it's nigh impossible to remove them. Another bonus is that other pests like spiders and crickets can get stuck on these too. I don't recommend you use these in areas where kids play or other small animals frequent. Mainly because anything that gets stuck on them becomes very diffult to clean or remove.

I just received these glue traps today and replaced the old ones that I have in my garage. It was time, the old ones were getting nasty. First, these traps are just a little smaller than the old ones and thats ok, they fit better in tight places. Second, the plastic that the tray is made of is considerably thicker and stiffer, a big plus. The plastic tray on some of the other brands are so flimsy that the trap flops around when you are trying to set the trap and you end up getting glue on you hands. If you have ever had this stuff on your hands you know how hard it is to get it off. These glue traps are going to work out just fine and catch all those little critters that seem to think my garage is a hotel. I recommend these.

I was hoping to show a mouse stuck to one of these, but I think they're too smart around my house. these really are sticky and will definitely do the job when the right rodent comes along!

Unlike some of the the traps, these glue traps are small and sturdy and good for catching small mice and bugs. Their small size makes it easy to place and if it is in the garage, I would consider putting a screw through it to anchor it down. I'm using this for bugs and spiders, but maybe it will catch a mouse if it is around. If you have pets, make sure you put them where they can't step on it as it will freak them out -- especially your cat. Getting 12 means you can place them all over the house and you should check them often so you can dispatch the errant mouse that lands on one, to avoid being cruel. I like these, but I'm not sure if they are that different from other traps. I'll update the review in a few weeks when I have actually caught something beside some bugs.

The scent doesnt attract mice it justs a glorrified sticky trap.
