I work in the arctic of Alaska and we deal with extreme cold weather and wind. So far, this hard hat has held up great. Having the chin strap is a plus. I wear a hat and was able to adjust the hard hat to fit my winter hat or sometimes, two hats . I like the size, shape, and the lightweight of this hard hat. It also fit fine in my luggage while traveling by plane to the job site. In the photo I am wearing two hats with this hard hat. The head lamp did not come with this hard hat.
