I have coarse and thick hair so the effect was not as great as the girl with fine hair, but I am still overall content with the result. The only thing that bothers me is that the buttons are too easy to get switched during the process because it is in the way.

I have bought this product end of last year and I have to be honest I am very disappointed in this product. Based on its marketing this product is supposed to give you beautiful salon hairstyles at home. I loved it at first, but over time I’ve been noticing a lot of hair damage. I ended up chopping my hair off three months into buying after using this product and have not used it regularly since. When I stopped using it I noticed that my hair became healthier. I ended up taking this product with me on a trip last month and used it twice before I noticed the top of my hair and ends dryer than ever and on the verge of dying. I decided to not use it anymore and when I stopped using it and used Kerastase deep treatments my hair went back to healthy. I am very disappointed and was hoping this product was up to expectations….

I have very coarse thick hair. I’ve been straightening it for the past 30 years and have tried almost every product out there.Pros: works in my AC outlet in my Yukon…so great for touch ups on the go!Cons: does not get hot enough to straighten my hair to the level I like it (shiny and very, very straight).The buttons to change the heat setting are in the way so constantly changing settings as I’m trying to use which is annoying.Overall this is good for touch ups but that’s about it. The girls you see in the videos on social media might have thick frizzy hair BUT they do not have very course hair. They have fine hair. That’s why this product works so well for them. It’s very deceiving.

It works but so do other brushes and heat combs.Frizzy, wave, and curly hair here. i used this heat tool and honestly not impressed. Even after heat protectant i swear it damaged my hair more than any other flat iron or iron brush. I don’t know. This heat tool really didnt live up to the hype. A flat iron or heat brush does a better job for my hair than this product.The product works, im not gonna lie but there is nothing special about it. Took twice as long to do my hair with this thing than my hair straightener comb and the results looked the same. I can achieve a decent curl with my current heat comb and my end results match the results with this product.Recommend but don’t recommend if you already have a flat iron or straightener comb since the results essentially look the same and does the same job.

I have thin, fine hair. My hope was that this would help add body to a blow out look. I was so excited to try it and was quickly disappointed. It doesn’t add hardly any body and I had some trouble trying to get the ends to curl like the video. I ended up having to go back to my original hair tools.I did love the color options and the tool does glide smoothly through hair. If you have thin, fine hair, this is not the tool for you. Perhaps if the barrel were larger in circumference it may have worked better. I may try to work with it again to see if there is anything I can use it for, but as of now, I’m disappointed.
