This seller is so honest and best customer service I’ve had . This is my third pair from them . I messaged requesting made in Leather with out door sole .. in place of the suede with in door sole . No extra charge , they arrived today on time ... they are super , i have had all three pairs made with out door soles , as dance shoes are so light and soft to wear as every day shoes . The easy fasten Hook and Buckle is a must for me .. please be aware you cannot hope to wear the soft suede indoor soles outside , they are to glide and swing on a Dance Floor .. message the seller and request outdoor soles ... not a problem to the seller. These shoes are a tad narrow fitting for my “ bunion “ but do have plenty of room and stretch easily . Measure feet as asked to by the seller they will advise size .. excellent service .. just remember the 7 + hrs ahead where they are .

At first glance of these shoes I was disappointed, this is because the quality didn't seem that good, the glue and finish was a little bit messy. Also, the outer sole is covered with suede and I have never seen shoes like that before. I don't think they will stand up to walking outside much and this is why I have given four stars not five. That said, they are a very comfortable fit, the sole is cushioned and feels lovely, the straps are adjustable, the buckles being decorative they have little clips they fit into. You have to fiddle around with the straps and move the buckles not make the fit right for you but once you do, they are really gorgeous shoes that will look fab with some black fitted Capri pants or whatever, very glad I bought them, maybe I'm being a bit mean about the lack of a fifth star.

The chart shows that 5 is 38 but its not right. If you wear 37 Europe size you should order 5.

Not very happy the first didn't arrive as,was damaged in transport the second pair should have been size 7 but when arrived looks like size 6 but was smaller than that as fit me at size 5. The size 7 was for my daughter so she was not happy at all as wanted the next day delivery to go out but the messing about took 3 days so was to late for her

Bought these for my missus to Salsa dance in. She LOVES them (and gets loads of unsolicited comments from her friends about how they love her shoes too).Edit after 18 months: She still loves them and we've bought a further three pairs since the initial order. She now has two Red pairs, one Black and one Blue, all with 8.5cm heels (yes, she CAN dance in such high heels). The company are very good at getting the customisation correct and Gladys Ye is very good at communicating when requesting customisation of the heel size after placing the order. They arrive from China in 2 to 3 weeks, which isn't bad and they aren't available anywhere else. Buy them!

Lovely shoes but just a bit narrow around the ball of the foot and the ankle straps aren't very long so people with larger feet or ankles could maybe struggle a bit. Straps are tricky to do but are ok once you work it out!

These are amazing shoes. Arrived through Amazon Prime One Day Delivery. Well Packaged and Service was unfaultable. The shoes look really good with the bright red. The fabric they are made from is also really comforable. I would say at times the straps can be a bit of a puzzle but once you get them on they will keep you on the dance floor for hours without needing to change. The heel is also perfect. Highly Recommend.

Thought these would be perfect for a beginners' ballroom class, but although I normally find a standard 7 a bit wide, these shoes are VERY narrow-fitting; so much so that I can't even get my foot into them. Back they go, I'm afraid. Disappointing.

Très belle chaussure mais il ne faut pas qu'il pleuve le jour où vous les portez. La matière s'abîme vite et malheureusement le jour du mariage de ma sœur il pleuvait.De plus elles taillent un peu grand.

Les chaussures pu le plastique et produit chimique... de plus sa taille petit.

Der Verschluss ist viel zu groß! Ich weiß ja nicht was die Produzenten ausgehen, wie viel fett man an den Füßen hat. Wenn ich den Verschluss im kleinsten Loch zu gemacht habe, war immer noch 5cm Abstand zwischen Fuß und der Schnur.

Der Schuh sieht aus wie auf den Abbildungen. Leider ist die Verarbeitung nicht optimal. Man sieht geklebte Ränder. Der Verschluss des Schuh ist auch sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man ihn einhängt. Man braucht auf jeden Fall Geduld. Daher geht der Schuh auch wieder zum Händler zurück.
