I did a lot of research on which water filter to invest in and I ended up selecting this one and have no regrets. It is easy to clean, the water tastes great, and it filters the water quicker then other options I was looking at. Very happy!

The Clearly Filtered pitcher does an excellent job of filtering our water. The quality greatly supercedes that of our prior filter pitcher. I notice that I am unconsciously drinking more water. When drinking at room temperature, a test that will often reveal the even the slightest aftertaste or anomaly in drinking water; Clearly Filtered pitcher water really passes the test, tasting pure and just as refreshing as it was cold.This company also has great customer service! There was a small issue with the spout cover hinge on my unit. I called the customer service number, gave them my Amazon order number and they sent me a new part, just like that, without any hassle.If water is essential to life, then this filter upgrades your quality of life. We are very happy with it.

Other reviews discussed the cheap plastic container. I thought if I handled it gently, I would not have the problem that others have had. The plastic top is into components. You have to take the back portion off to fill. The back portion was already a bit warped when I received it. Therefore it made it not fit properly into the front section. This requires you to hold it down every time you pour it. Within the month, the filter stopped working properly. I went to remove the section which I had to pull up on the front section to pull it out. And the whole front section cracked. Very disappointed as the water tasted excellent. Sent it back and ordered zero as others have done. I can’t state whether the zero product has as good of a filter, but it doesn’t really matter if the container is faulty. The zero container is excellent. It has a little sprout. It’s made sturdy and easy to handle. When I return the product, I inserted a note to the company, please consider redesigning your container. I think that the filter is possibly better who knows I did not do independent testing. But without a sturdy container, it makes no difference.

This filter pitcher is a huge improvement over our old Brita: the water tastes much better and according to the data provided with the pitcher, the filtration is much, much more comprehensive. One caution, though: the original pitcher I ordered was defective. The little cap over the spout was not affixed correctly, interfering with pouring, and much more seriously, there was a small defect in the threads of the upper compartment that the filter is screwed onto, so that the filter did not seal correctly, no matter how I tried to tighten the connection. I discovered this after a few days, when I looked closely and saw that when I filled the top half of the pitcher, a thin stream of water was running down the outside of the filter. Because this unobstructed water ran at a faster rate than the water trickling through the filter, the pitcher filled more quickly. Probably half of the water we were drinking was unfiltered! (Even that tasted better than the Brita, but obviously this was a serious concern.) So I’d advise everyone who buys this pitcher to look very closely to make sure that all the water is going through the filter. Make sure that there is no defect and that you have properly screwed the filter on to create a tight seal. I had to dry the sides of the filter to make sure that what I was seeing was actually water bypassing the filter. I reported this and received a replacement pitcher from Amazon, and so far (after about a week) it has been working correctly. Two minor cautions are that the pitcher can get a little heavy and the plastic seems rather brittle, so I am particularly careful when handling it. But overall it’s a great filtration system, the water tastes very pure, and it does seem to be one of the most complete, if not THE most complete, filter pitchers available on Amazon. We are happy with it and recommend it, with the cautions above.

This seems like it works well - the water tastes good and it filters as expected. I'm disappointed by the low quality plastic that the pitcher is made of. Immediately upon taking it out of the box a corner of the lid snapped off, in addition the spout cover doesn't move freely, causing water to spill when you pour it.I'm trusting that the filter is as high quality as their website claims, the poor construction plastic doesn't hinder the filter/water quality at all, we just expected more from something we paid such a price for and that does such an important job.

I love that it removes more impurities than most purifying jugs and yet retains the essential minerals that your body needs. There is no flavour, just the most refreshing water you have ever tasted. The unit seems strong enough but I hold my hand under the base anyway just for added support. It has a larger capacity, so when full, it’s fairly heavy. I fill a glass carafe with the filtered water so that I always have filtered water available. The jug and the extra filter I ordered arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Love my new pitcher. Great tasting water.Disappointed with shipping fees incurred through UPS.I was shocked with these additional fees. I'd have appreciated knowing the FINAL pricewhen I initially made my order.I hope that this will change for Canadian buyers, in the near future.

Takes up the same real estate as a Britta, but I can tell you that the flavour and clarity of the water from Clearly Filtered is so much better than my Britta ever managed. I've seen people complain that it takes too long. I found after soaking the filter as directed that it was very slow, but what do you expect!?! If it wasn't slow, that would mean it's not doing its job! Now that I've been using it for a few days (so I guess all the nooks and crannies are wet), the reservoir filters fully in about a half hour to 45 minutes, which is more than fast enough for me.

Handle was broken off when I opened the box . I thought it was a separate piece until I tried to attach it and realized it was actually broken off .

Basically I find it works well yet HANDLE is on edge of breaking or so it feels. I have to pick up entire container and not use handle when pouring water out of it as don’t have faith that handle will hold. Not sure if others have found their water dispenser to have the same weakness.
