Q: Does this one make the high pitch piercing sound thr Revlon one does?

Mine makes a piercing sound on the high and cool settings. It goes from a normal blow dryer sound and fluctuates to the piercing noise. Hurt my ears. Hoping it is just defective and to get a new one with no issues.

Mine stopped working as well! Just quit right in the middle of drying my hair!

Q: Does the bristle part of the brush spin around or would you physically have to turn the entire brush around to curl your hair?

It does not spin. You have to physically turn the entire brush. The cord swivels so it doesn't tangle or coil when you turn the brush.
