Lifesaver. As an arthritis sufferer I was recommended this trainer from a friend the build up strength. The tool is easy to assemble and use. Comes with various fitting and adjustments to suit your needs. It's comfortable to hold and not too big. Fits comfortably in my hand as well as my children and partner. Sturdy piece of kit, and a fantastics aid for my mobility whilst not emptying the bank in doing so. Great value for money. My son's like to also use the kit as a strengthening trainer without the need for the gym. All round family favourite

Very good product overall that has lasted years since purchase, good variety of kit that is easy to use.

The entire set is ok, but the grip gun is worth the money. It only goes up to 60kg so will need to upgrade but definitely worth it if you’re trying to maintain grip strength in general and the rest of the stuff you can put to use.

Got these to use while in online lobby’s waiting around just to keep me entertained. Fun grip strengthening kit. Gets the whole family doing them to see who has the strongest grip haha. Nice quality. Would be a nice touch if they came in a carry bag but other than that, can’t complain!

Received package 18/06/2026, delivered in a timely manner as advertised by Amazon, products tested by a 5ft 11 inch 96kg male with reasonable fitness. Bear in mind the price of product and quality of all items for that price. Finger Exerciser: Would of liked a larger and more solid and adjustable piece of equipment, helpful for weaker fingers like pinky, rest not so much, a bit flimsy. Feeling = Meh, could be better. Finger Stretcher: I was provided two of them with both having increasing resistance levels from 6.6lb approx. 2.9kg up to 21lb/approx. 9kg at max, initial testing has shown this to be fairly strong and can provided a good exercise tool for the hand and can feel muscle exertion at the back of hand and wrist area with this item. Feeling = I like this, more exposure needed but promising, issue with thumb hole size for my hand but still OK as it it has been been made for both hands. Grip Ring & Ball: These two items are small for my hand, the ball/egg shaped tool is not big enough for my palm and the ring also but less so, not as strong or resistant as I would prefer, ring is better of the two for me, would of preferred more resistance and increase in size. Feeling = Meh for me, will give to other older associates and similar for general hand exercise, it's OK but not for me, I immediately thought of the home made stress balls made with balloons and rice. Hand & Forearm Gripper: So far very good, adjustable but can't measure actual resistance level I adjust too, but can go further than I am capable of at this point in time, has a counter to help ensure that I perform a full squeeze and assists with monitoring amount of reps. Feeling = very good and am happy and was main reason for purchase. I'm happy with the purchase.
