I’ll admit, I don’t think that it helped with my pain management like I was hoping it would, but it definitely helped me focus on squeezing something as hard as I could when the contractions hit. It fit perfectly in my hand and I refused to let it go until after my delivery. I already have it set aside for our next pregnancy! It is very sturdy and did not crack or break even when I squeezed it with everything I had. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend for any expecting mama

Used this for my natural birth at the end of January, and while I was skeptical that it would be effective for the pain, this comb worked fantastic and it having the wrist strap was an added bonus in the moment. It’s a thick wood material, and fits comfortably in your hand, and is no way flimsy. Definitely great value for the price!

I used this during my recent unmedicated labor and I am someone who likes to hold onto something while in labor so I held this in one and and my husbands hand for my other hand and it’s not like it was a miracle but I’d use it again next time.
