Do not buy!!! They were full of sand. I only noticed after I cooked them. I don't think you want to break your teeth or build kidney stones.

Nice taste, but you use up one package for one recipe like pasta fungi easily. Therefore, not cheap. Not completely free of sandy particles which are hard to remove.

Fast shipping and excellent packaging. The Leatherman tool feels very premium and sturdy.
Use them as they are in foods that contain liquids; cook them for 15 minutes. Otherwise, they need to be hydrated for 15 minutes prior to use. The remaining water can be used in cooking.
