Rather nice quality actually. I personally use these for travel.
These are actually really nice quality bands. The rubber they are made from is thick and well cut. No frayed edges and it returns to the original length even when a lot of strain has been put on it.These are long so are suitable for full body use. I know some folk use them for helping with pull-ups (we've all seen the videos of mishaps) but honestly I've never used them for that. I tend to carry one of these when I travel so I can still maintain a bit of exercise without carrying obviously very heavy dumbbells. I can secure one end under my foot and use the length of the band for resistive exercises. For exercises such as arm curls I find that I can double the band under my foot in a seating position and use the band to replicate a dumbbell. Obviously when the band is doubled over it offers twice the resistance.Nice bands overall. Having a hard time faulting them to be honest. Far thicker rubber than I have seen on others.
