This PS4 only lasted one week before it just went dead. I'd ordered this item because of the return within 12 months back up from Amazon, what I didn't realise is it cost me £17.85 to return the item to the seller. This is not good as this item was faulty. Then like a fool, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt and bought a slightly more expensive one off them which didn't even get started it would not connect at all. It then cost me another £17.85 to return that one! suffice to say I shopped elsewhere for the third one.

Packaged really well, all cables supplied, and work like new great product

Works fine, but should the console make so much noise when it’s loading games/updates? If so, I would avoid buying this.

When I ordered it, it came the next day but the console was very dirty and the controller was in a bad condition. The left thumb stick was torn up and the side of the controller was dented. I tried getting covers for the thumb sticks but they don't really fit on because they get stuck in the torn parts

The play station did come with the power cord, or adapter therefore couldn’t connect to power. I don’t know why they sold it without power cable. I had to buy new cable.

Perfect gaming system for anyone at any age . The design allows for standing up or lying down and can fit under most all TVs

Ordered this for Christmas last year for my daughter and so very skeptical. So skeptical even I got the largest protection package possible in case it tore up or broke. Her brother stole hers and she had been so heartbroken that I had to get her one. We have had now nearly a year and it works great. No problems at all. No scratches or problems with machine at all. Works great!

So it had to boot in safe mode in order to install an update necessary to work, but now it's fine. The controller was in rough condition, but I bought another one and I'm still saving money. My son plays it for hours on end and it doesn't overheat or anything. Everything is great!
