Great for after running!
I love this stuff. I run 4-6 days a week. In Tennessee, the summer is brutal. I can lose 5lbs+ of water weight through sweating. I have a packet of this in a 16oz bottle of water. It helps equalize my electrolytes much faster than water and food. This really is effective several hours later I don't feel like I need to drink/guzzle a gallon of water. This pack is a good value for the cost - I like the tastes, not too sweet or syrupy?

Drip Drop is the best for rehydration
Orange drip-drop is my favorite out of all the flavors and my go-to. I like that it dissolves well in the water when shaken. It revives my energy level and helps so much with lethargy. It tastes a bit tart to me so I always add 1 sweet n low and is perfect. Overall I feel it’s the best value for the money and I have consistently bought this brand since the COVID era.

Alleviates Muscle Cramps
